ISrael accepted 1701 to end the confrontation, so it has every right to demand and receive assurances that UNIFIl is stopping and disarming the Hizbullies. While Hizbullies are the pwoer in the region, they are not the ultimate power, as evidenced by the fact they were ready to surrender had the war lasted another ten days. This next round, Israel will not stop until the entire job is done.
