And if the empty house had been occupied, would there have been "homemade" deaths and injuries? Israeli civilians are the primary strategic targets of Palestinian terrorism. Israel, in return, must make Palestinian civilains the primary strategic target of retaliatory attacks and even take the offensive in this new type of war - civilians (Hamas) against civilians (inhabitants of Sherot). |
