Why not? Several Muslim nations maintain diplomatic relations with Israel and there is no reason why Bahrain shouldn`t. Trade relations between the two would greatly benefit both countries, with Israel`s high tech and highly agriculture sectors and Bahrain`s vast oil supplies. I wouldn`t be surprised if the two nations already trade secretly. Israel and Kuwait have done so for years.
Another reason: both Israel and Bahrain have a common enemy: Iran. |
