I heard one of the ambassadors who walked out as saying he thought the Libyan Ambassador was ignorant of the jewish suffering in the concentration camps.
I consider the walkout similar to the ruckus caused by gang members during an official ceremony.
If a person cannot adequately express himself without others at least hearing him, let alone listening to him - we have sealed communication effectively. There is no reason then for UN to exist if only certain views are welcome. Despicable to say the least. |
