I am impressed that in tiny Bahrain there are 50 Jews left. In Egypt of the 80,000 Jews in 1948 there are about 20. And Egypt would never have allowed a Jew after 1948 in the Parliament. In the 1930s the Minister of Finance was Jewish and in Iraq too. However I doubt that Bahrain will want relations with Israel before Peace.
