| All, I remember a post from El Birawi (a very anti-Israel Palestinian from Ramallah) who said that only in Israel would a Prime Minister be indicted for having a bank account in the US. He seemed genuinely impressed that the rule of law in Israel could reach all the way to the top. He also wished that the PA could do the same considering the billions that ended up in Suha Arafat`s accounts. He said that all the Palestinians should claim Israeli citizenship and join Israel. At least there, the corrupt might get investigated. I know the Anti-Israelis (who keep on claiming that Israel is some kind of dictatorship) would never admit that Israel is a country of laws in which even the Prime Minister could be forced to an interview `under caution`. Well, I guess this puts the lie to another Anti-Israel myth. |
