| Dror, I have come to the conclusion that there is no one left to trust. None of our politicians are "public s e r v a n t s. They are all "nivcharei ha`am". They have been chosen to lead the populace. They are the true Chosen People. They are not in office to serve the people. They are there to serve themslves. The interests they protect are their own interests. The future they wish to preserve is their own future. Listen to their voices when they make personal attacks on opposing politicians. Then listen to their voices on the rare occasions when they speak about the needs of the people. When are they more strident, When are their voices more shrill? When are they more intense? When do they make you feel that THEY believe!!! There is one basic difference between the desires of the government and of the opposition. The government wishes to remain. The opposition wishes to change. Otherwise, they are the same! |
