The Germans enslaved, tortured, murdered and finally confiscataed the assets of the Jews. Are you saying that ill gotten wealth through criminal activity should not be returned to its rightful owners and/or successors in interest on top of the incredible suffering perpetrated against them. Are you saying that the time lapse of 60 years must obviate such rightful restitution? Are you saying the heirs of ill gotten wealth have the right to keep that which was illegally and criminally obtained? Are you trying to make a case for the criminal activity of the Swiss and their collusions with the Nazis and set a precedence for the Swiss absolving themselves of responsibility?
I am certain even the Swiss have a law that mandates the return/restitution of assets obtained through illegal activity even if those assests were transferred/inherited to and by others. |
