WShjatever happened to the erstwwhile US decision to withhold $1 for each $1 spent on settlements from its multi-billion grant to Israel. Well, Israel keeps spending on settlements as if there was no tomorrow yet I am unaware of any effect of this policy on the flowing US $$$ into the Knesset coffers. Has the US forgotten it`s own decision? Time to dig through the papers and find it again and implement it - hit the Israeli Government in the pocketbook and see the comatose "peaceprocess" start breathing again.
