| It is well known that there is a huge discrepancy between official declarations of the German government, meant as public relations for the US opinion market, and the thinking of the German people. A majority of Germans were against reparations for the Jewish people for the Holocaust. And as the vast majority of Nazi war criminals made a comfortable life in post-war Germany with fat pensions, it is clear that they want to run away from history and any special relationship due to Auschwitz. Instead Germany has become the central driver of the Iranian economy in the West permitting the mullahs to continue with their military nuclear program. As Germany remained practically silent over the Iranian Holocaust denial, one must conclude that there exist deep inside the German society a malicious joy that the mullahs may carry out the Nazi plan of eliminatory anti-Semitism, so that the Jewish State, a burden for the Germans as a permanent reminder of Auschwitz, would hopefully disappear. |
