| the clock keeps ticking and the task is clear. first an agreement with the Palestinian government, then a rapproachment with the Arab minority. Neither can wait too long and the alternative is the bi-national state and then decades of hot and cold civil war. this is not a time for self rightious comments or ideological/religious platitudes - its time for the painful eyes wide open compromises. |
