| Why weren`t the police providing protection from harassment for the women and girls? Is this intervention a last resort when the authorities who are supposed to provide protection, and keep the peace, default in their performance of their duties? Are the Arab gangs now to be permitted to roam free, or is this a wake up call that your people will be protected, either formally by the state, or by default by their friends and families. |
