| As I have said on various threads here recently, while announcing my conversion to "in your face" Jabotinskyism (not that it has done me any good, no one seems impressed), the slimy tactic of provoking the undesired politician into saying something condemnable, then condemning them, instead of just stating a preference like honest men and women, is repellent to me, and the pose of fearing accusations of improper influencing is even more repellent. Clinically speaking, it is passive aggressive manoevering, more damaging to the other country`s political health than open pressure could possibly be, and unhelpful to Jewish popularity in the long run. |
