It has been many years since "Jewish leaders" reflected the views of the Jewish mainstream in the U.S. These are wealthy men focused on low taxes and covering their walls with photos of Likud politicians. They have nearly zero influence on the Jewish American electorate, which continues to hold the liberal ideals that have allowed American Jewry to thrive in this country.
