Dispute? Well, on the one side there is Israel and a few Jewish lawyers, and on the other is every other country (including the US) and international institution. You could as well say it`s disputed that the earth is round.
But what is not disputed (save by some of the crazier talkbackers) is that there were people living in the West Bank before 1967. They and their descendants go with the land. So if Israel claims the territory she gets the people.
