| reform rabbis are scholars of torah. but are notthey fundementalists, i.e. that the torah we have in our hands is written or dictated by god, definitely not. fundementalism is a world problem for jews, muslims and christians. it is the fundementalist muslims that created al-queida. fundementalist christians believe all jews will be converted to christ or will be killed. i persoanally do not believe that god agrees with genocide, but in the torah you can read about god ordered genocide of the amalikes, all men, women and children. do you want to teach your children that god ordered the killing of innocent omen and children? |
