| Lots of money, lots of effort, prestigious guests of all stripes, are they going to make an announcement to make this conference - so long in the making - memorable? Olmert has less and less to lose by putting the skates on now. Let`s have an announcement of a Gaza cease-fire and lifting of the siege plus long-awaited prisoner exchange that will bring Gil`ad Shalit home and a promise of better things to come. Otherwise it`s just more expensive but empty words. |
