What we`re seeing is simply the inevitable result of US failures... the failure of its ME Bull Dog to defeat Hezbollah at war, and the failure of its Puppet Government to defeat Hezbollah (and its allies) via politics.
It would appear that if the US wishes to bring Lebanon back into its sphere it will have to do the job itself. However as the US is stretched thin militarily I wouldn`t be overly surprised to see it cosy up to Hezbollah. Ultimately the US favors winners. |
