I wounder how would this bring security for Israel? Preventing people from leaving to study abroad! Isreal is the only one that will loose from its policies. I would also blame the States "Isreal`s best friend", for not pressing Israel on allowing those students to leave Gaza. That is really SAD! No wonder most of the Palestinians hate Israel, including the well educated people!
