The Golan existed in Syria`s hands since 1944 when France ceded the area to her. Syria used is as a dumping ground during the TWENTY-THREE YEARS when the land was in her hands.
Israel captured the land in 1967 and the Golan has therefore been in Israeli hands for FORTY-ONE YEARS! and is a veritable Paradise today where Druze and Jewish familiwes live together harmoniously. At a Meeting just recently the residents of Golan promised that if ever this land should be in Syrian hands again THEY WILL ALL LEAVE.
