G-D originally is meant to be experienced
"within us" as the 5 Moses 30:11-15 EMPHASIZES!
When G-D becomes something "outside ourselves", it is idol worship, which consists of formulations created by others(like Cher created) and following such formulations relieves one of the hard task of thinking for oneself and making decisions. Such Faith(in somebody else´s formulations) becomes a crutch to those, who want answers to life without daring to search for them themselves(blind faith). Somebody else takes the responsibilty and "liberates" them from it; all others need do is to submit themselves to these formulations, for which they have relinguished their independent thinking and hereby the management of their lives. |
