| True Rome does not need to be declared the capital of Roman Catholicism-none would dream of giving it to anyone else. But when the prime minister considers giving parts of his own capital to another nation;legitimate or non-legitimate nation; a law like this would preserve the essence of the state against those who aim to weaken it`s core. |
