| Hamas is the occupying power in Gaza. It is responsible for any violations of the ceasefire that are launched from its territory. If it wants to reestablish the ceasefire it must first eliminate the Islamic Jihad organisation from Gaza and hand over its leaders for trial in Israel. And release Gilad Shalit. |
