There are many guilty men in prison who say they are innocent right up and until they are released and then die. That is the norm. Being optimistic , well, Israeli jails are teatime compared to jails in many Arab and non Arab countries. Jail is after all Jail but it`s comforts vary. Cola cola and cable tv. Free medical/dental are not the norm in Egypt.
