don`t make it worse. razing the family home or displacing the family will only encourage his brother or sister to carry out another attack.
evidently this guy did not even think things through. he even appear no to have planned this in advance. just a frustrated but case who just acted, harmed and killed.
east jerusalem palestinians are especially frustrated. i think they don`t know whether to integrate with the israeli culture (most speak good hebrew) or insist on their palestinian identity and hope for a palestinian state with east jerusalem as its capital. meanwhile they see other civilian palestinians in the westbank and gazza being subject to the worst of conditions (israel killed more than 365 palestinains in gazza and the westbank within the past 6 months alone!).
get this conflict resolved. both palestinians and israelis deserve much better than this. sure youcan place a `band-aid` and raze this poor family`s home; but they will rebuild and they will kill again. |
