| first let me point out a myth. there is nothing in the pa charter that calls for the destruction of israel. palestinins and arabs understand by now that israel is here to stay. further, the vast majority of the arabs now (and there are scientific polls) want to end this conflict. a few, and on both sides, will try to sabotage the peace effort. there are the radicals among arabs, and the settlers of course on the israeli side. the moderate vision will prevail. it just has to. |
