| I can`t believe you are not aware of the way Israeli police and military treat palestinians. If the people in the car had reason to believe they would be treated with the same respect a Jew would get, they would not have had the incentive to run. You may have read the story in this issue of Haaretz about Israeli police beating a man to death. From all accounts, this is not atypical behavior. Again, think of Jews and cossacks as a model of what those men had to fear. |
