Chebaa farms will still need to be relinquished, and even then Hezbollah will resist efforts to disarm. That is a separate issue.
Regarding prisoners, however, they should all be traded and done with. The whole prisoner thing was in order to get people released, those people should not be held in the first place.
Israel should not take any more prisoners, and not have anyone else captured. That will happen easily if they choose war, or peace. It is occupation which leads to these hostage takings.
Finally, Kuntar, whoever he is, should be released to Lebanon. If a US soldier is captured in Iraq, and in the fighting he killed a man, a woman and a child, he must still be returned to the United States. Then the Americans will judge him, not the Iraqis.
