| "Ali" claims that Hitler had "Jewish advisors." News to me. Where`s that from? Any genuine Muslim understands the problem of "bad things happening to good people." The Muslims of Indonesia expressed this quite clearly when discussing the terrible recent tsunami. The seminal mathematician Leibniz wrote extensively on theology, and coined the term now used to discuss this problem: theodicy. The Biblical book of Job ("Ayub" in Arabic) is devoted to this question. Rabbi Harold Kushner wrote a well-known book on the topic. Mr. Waterman`s experience sounds terrible. His knowledge of religion sounds superficial. |
