US to the Hague,to the International Court of Justice,for America`s repeated and public threats to launch a military attack on its undoubted right under the NPT(Non Proliferation Treaty)to engage in nuclear processing.
The threat and use of military force clearly violates Article 2(4)of the UN Charter.The Charter also mandates the peaceful resolution of international disputes.
The Wall Street Journal has reported that unilateral and multilateral sanctions and a blockade(itself an act of war)are presently being contemplated by the Security Council.
