| What will be the answer of the holdout Israel? Why I bet if you gave back that tiny little bit of disputed land called Shebaa Farms you would remove the Hezbollah pretense for "resistance" - and goodness me, peace ould start breaking out everywhere if Israel would simply make good on its international agreements, or accept the framework of the Arab Peace Initiative. Then you would have peace with Syria, Lebanon, and the Arab Palestinians. Sigh. If only Israel really wanted peace and not all the land. If only its supporters applied the same standard to Arab Palestinians as they apply to themselves. Suddenly human rights would somehow matter. |
