| Syria wants the return of the Golan, which is only natural. The Palestinians want a nation without Israels boot on their neck. Also only natural. Hizbollah wants increased political power and a deterrent against Israeli expansion. Very natural and understandable. Saudi Arabia wants stability in the region. Good luck to them. Iran wants to achieve balance of power with Israel. Quite natural. Israel wants to expand their borders at the expense of the Palestinians and the neighbor states. This is not natural and not nice. This folly will be tremendously expensive in money and lives for both Israel and America, which has enabled Israels aggressive expansion and shares the blame for whatever fallout occurs. |
