| Condi has revived pro-Saudi agenda of mentors Jim Baker and Gen. Scowcroft, who under Bush Sr witheld loan-guarantees in order to topple Shamir govt and usher Labor govt that signed Oslo accords, itself based on implementation of 1974 PLO Phased Plan whose 3 main stages are: (1) Through "armed struggle" establish "combatant national authority" (REALIZED BY OSLO ACCORDS); (2) Continue "armed struggle" from territory of "combatant national authority" until pushing Israel to indefensible pre-67 borders (ONGOING); (3) Provoke all-out war where surrounding Arab countries attack and destroy Israel entirely (AFTER ISRAEL PUSHED TO PRE-67 BORDERS).
