| The soldier who shot the bound palestinian detenee is also guilty and must be taken to task. "I was carrying orders" is no longer a valid excuse in IDF when the order is blatantly illegal and immoral. The soldier has not only the right to ignore the order but also a consciencious duty to do so. |
