OLMERT should have been ACTING PM UNTIL NEW ELECTIONS TOOK PLACE... not as it was after only a few months of being Interim, then Acting and finally only a short time after CONFIRMED UPON THE THE FORMATION OF THE 31st GOVERNMENT OF ISRAEL !
