| I cannot believe that the Israeli police just sent this child on her way to join her parents, who at a minimum should be required to return to Israel for proper investigation by child welfare authorities for child neglect and abandonment. When traveling with several small children, most responsible parents would be making sure to eyeball each and everyone of their children - in the lounge, in the bus from the terminal to the plane, and when seating the children in the plane (BEFORE takeoff). There is simply no excuse for this, and the response of the police makes one wonder if there wasn`t some sort of class bias because this happened at an airport, and not, for example, at the Tel Aviv Central bus station. |
