first chanahs, i hope you`ll forgive my saying that i DO believe edithann was making reference to the tendency among "some" israeli archeologists to subvert everything in the archeological record that hints at anything OTHER than a jewish presense.
and second, in light of what you`ve chosen to say about american archeology; i hope you`ll forgive me for asking whose bones will "israeli" archeologists be digging up 100-300 yrs from now? the palestinians who israel has systematically driven from their land and homes, and continues to do so in the west bank today? for greener pastures you say? aye...israel progresses in much the same way... only american indians are a PART of american society today... i wonder if in 100-300 hundred years...regarding the palestinians...that`s something isreal will be able say? i`m married to american indian chanahs, and i met her in the military...AND i have a degree in archeology...imagine that? |
