This is not an islamic law it`s a CULTURAL CUSTOM which if you didn`t read properly the goverment (Shariah ruling) is trying to make illegal in SA. I would like to point out that this practice is not unique to the saudi peninsula, it exists in india where babies who are not even able to sit on there own are married to each other, Some are asleep and held by parents during the marriage ceremony. So tell me is this a hindu/sikh religious law or a cultural practice!! Saudi government is trying to do good but your blind hatred for ISLAM leads you to criticise prophets and the religion. shame on you.
