Thinking Israelis must be absolutely terrified at what Israel has done by arming and getting right smack into the middle of the Georgia Russian War.
Instead of making peace, Israel has confirmed its rogue state status by getting in bed with the Georgians, knowing full well that South Ossetians have twice declared independence.
This latest report is especially damaging to Israel. Forget Iran, you`ve woken the Russian Bear, and no amount of hand-wringing or the usual deflections - "What about the rockets?" - is going to save Israel this time.
Israeli should take to the streets and demand an end to its government`s arms proliferation and to demand that the Arab Peace Initiative be fully embraced before Israel really does wind up disappearing from the pages of history. |
