| The fact is that I was an anti-Nazi partisan in Lithuania, all other information in the article about me is not correct. My name was never mentioned in Margolis book as the author stated.I did not participate in attacking the village since I was not in the Rudnicky forest at the time of the attack.I am not a suspect as the author claimed. However, Lithuanian prosecutor`s investigation of the former anti-Nazi partisans` wartime actions is groundless and shameful. In general I support the Yad Vashem position on this issue. |
