| I still say, it`s those underdeveloped parts of sub Saharan Africa that offer our military and civil industries the best opportunities for arms sales, mining rights, undeclared wars, bribery, corruption, rape and pillage. Why mess with the sophisticated and dangerous Russians when we have all those African states eager and willing for our "assistance". |
