Sivienne, just as I noted before, you seem to run from the facts. Instead of considering the facts of the matter at hand, you discuss some other case and what you seem to think usually happens. Things like this have happened in Israel more more than in other places for two obvious reasons, the Israeli/Arab conflict is the most covered conflict in the world so there are often news people looking for a story in the area, and it has been going on for a very, very long time.
In your assessment of what Israel cares about and what it does not care about, you seem to be determined not only to ignore the facts of this case, but also to ignore that Palestinians fight from among civilians and focus their attacks on civilians, and you seem ill-prepared to draw the conclusions from those facts in plain sight that Palestinians care little or not at all for the lives of civilians. Far less than accountability, Palestinians celebrate the deaths of Israelis. |
