Reading between the lines of this interview it would seem that his honest recommendation is that Arabs in the West Bank (the ones in Gaza belong to Egypt) should return to Israeli rule which worked best for all and he is right. It can be seen from the interview that `Palestinian` self rule is not anywhere near because of the corruption. What is not clear is the talk of Jerusalem and the Muslim insistency on it since it is not mentioned in the Koran. Mike
