Seriously, you poor deluded soul. You`re going to sit here, after a month plus of a ceasefire, talking about Hamas` "growing strength"?
They`ve had short lived spurts in popularity since taking over Gaza but have achieved essentially nothing until the ceasefire went into effect. And shortly after that, they yielded their pathetic "resistance at all costs" stance when they came to terms with that Israel was serious about holding to the ceasefire, by closing the crossings every time a rocket was launched. This became a huge loss to Hamas, and it didn`t need to be printed in a thousand papers or broadcasted as if it were propaganda the likes of which Hamas and Hezbollah produce.
Now guess where Hamas popularity in Gaza is since the Fatah crackdowns a few weeks ago.
Growing strength? Get real. |
