Are you seriously asking how much of the money goes to the people, or do you presume to know (by implication) that none of it does?
Why do you think the people still support Hamas, despite the blockade? Hamas always provided help for the poor, free eduacation and health clinics. If that had changed, we would surely have heard about it. Did you ever see a demonstration against Hamas in Gaza? Against the Occupation, the blockade and maybe even against Abbas, but never against Hamas. That is because Hamas is clever enough to keep the people on its side.
