Egypt`s claim to sinai is based on british strong-arm tactics against the turks, nothing more - so once again we pay the price for Britain`s lopping off vast chunks of the land of Israel.
The Egyptians are of course right to demand a fair price for their (our) gas - and we should pay it.
Israel has received very little form the so called "peace" with Egypt - which is one of the reasons that peace with Syria is taking such a long time.
