you`re also right about camp david. i mean, i`m sure you remember the famous `land swap` by which israel magnanimously offered a bit of the negev desert in exchange for some really sweet west bank territory. talk about generosity! not to mention that the negev territory had been used by israel as a toxic waste dump! now there`s a line of thought that deserves to be put down in my diary: why did all those palestinians react so angrily and throw some stones? who needs farmland when they can have toxic waste? |
