Can we just be grateful that a state leader is doing something constructive and progressive for a moment?
I mean, I know something`ll come crashing down, but for a moment, let`s remember that Assad has not been the easiest bargaining partner for years. The fact that he`s willing to be compelled by Saudi/France/Turkey rather than Iran (regardless of his motives) ought to be cause for jubilation.
