1. The whole of Jerusalem for Golan 2. Golan for the whole of Jerusalem 3. The whole of Jerusalem for Golan ....... The Golan would never be a point for peace. Why? Because the Golan was used mainly to fire Syrian rockets into Israel. And it was lost by Syrian aggression. And what if somebody later takes over with strong ties with Hez or Syria becomes another proxy of Iran? The Golan today has been developed and is used on the contrary mainly as touristic hot spot by Israel. Peace in Europe came by giving back Germany what she had lost in WWII? How can peace come when you have lost something justly and you want it back as something down your alley? If there is a sincere longing for real peace the Golan would be put in last place by Syrian politics and not as Assadīs objective of that victory the Arabs like most. |
