America has supplied weapons to terrorists in Cuba, Afghanistan, Guatamala, Nicaragua, and practically every other nation which was not considered friendly. This is the way in which things are done and have been for a long, long, time. The fact that America is embarked upon building a missile shiled on Russias border and is also recruiting former Societ satellite states into NATO is more than enough provocation for Russia to sell (or give) weapons to their favored states in the middle east.
